Loved the car, very comfortable and spacious. Andrey gave wrong directions on where the car was in the garage. Would not be the end of the world if it wasn't for the fact that he wasn't available to contact while I was picking up the car. If that's the case, I would make sure the instructions were perfect. Also, my trip ended over 10 days ago, and still my trip hasn't been finalized on his end. Weird experience and lacks communication. Could rate a little lower but trying to be open minded.
