#1 - Return vehicle 100% full of gas (assuming it was full to start) If it wasn't full to start, please return at the same level. Use regular grade 87 gas. #2 - No SMOKING - Cigs, ecigs, weed, etc. If this policy is violated, I will charge $50 - 250 (per Turo's guidelines) #3 - Please return the vehicle clean (inside & out) or a cleaning fee will be assessed (in accordance with Turo's guidelines). #4 - GPS TRACKER WILL BE USED - Abuse of the vehicle (rapid acceleration, repeated hard braking, and excessively speeding) will not be tolerated. If you don't agree to treat my vehicle with respect and be a good driver on the road, please do NOT rent this vehicle. #5 ⚠️⚠️Please make sure that you park the vehicle in legal parking spots that are designated in the lot or on the street. You agree that you are responsible for all PARKING TICKETS, TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS, & TOWING COSTS while renting this vehicle. #7 ⚠️⚠️There is a $300 fee if the rims or tires are damaged. ⚠️⚠️There is a $200 lost key fee. Renter is responsible for this fee. #8 ⚠️⚠️ ⚠️If you will be late, please change the trip in the app, otherwise you will be charged a late return fee.
