Please and thank you in advance... Your most likely on Turo because you don't want to pay the high dollar rental car company prices. In order to keep the prices budget friendly we ask the following.... Communicate... early and often. We are not a big rental car company with 24/7 staff. Emergencies happen but no one likes a messages that a car is being returned early/or being kept past the return time with just a few minutes notice. Be considerate of the cars. Keeping them clean and smoke free keeps the costs down for everyone. We expect normal wear and tear. We get a lot of questions as to what normal wear and tear is. At the end of a trip we should be able to wash and vacuum the car and wipe down the interior/windows. A good rule of thumb is it should not take more that 30 minutes to clean the car after your trip to ready it for the next trip. Stain removal, excessive trash, embedded mud, spilled drinks, melted candy, gum etc... is not considered normal wear and tear. Cost for cleaning above and beyond what is considered normal wear and tear will be submitted to TURO for reimbursement. No smoking, vaping or other activities which generate smells that absorb into the interior. Violations of this policy will incur a $150 charge from TURO. No pets. We love animals but we never know which future guests may be allergic. You are responsible for all parking tickets, tolls and speeding tickets during your trip. ALL OF OUR VEHICLES ARE EQUIPPED WITH TELEMATICS DEVICES AS REQUIRED BY OUR INSURANCE AND VEHICLE LEASING COMPANY. THESE DEVICES MONITOR DRIVING BEHAVIOR, MAINTENANCE NEEDS OF THE CAR, THE CARS LOCATION, THEFT, TOWING AND IMPACTS. Check our reviews. • Can I leave my car at your location when I pickup the rental?

  Yes. Paid fenced onsite parking is available for your vehicle. It is a flat $20/trip. We are not the provider of the parking so it will be billed by the vendor. Parking is at your own risk.

• Does the car have a toll transponder?

  Yes. It has a NCQUICKPASS toll transponder#03307311724 which works in most states. See NCQUICKPASS.COM for details. The transponder is tied to our Turo account. You will receive a bill through Turo after the conclusion of your trip.

• Do I have to return the car with a full tank of fuel?

  No. You have two options. You can purchase the prepaid refuel extra when you book the trip for a competitive price or you can simply drop the car off at any fuel level. If you choose the second option we will charge you a $10 convenience fee plus the actual cost of the fuel at the conclusion of your trip.
