Supercharger Idle Fees: If using Tesla Superchargers on your trip, do not leave the car plugged in at the supercharger if it has finished charging. Tesla will charge $0.40 per Minute once the supercharger has finished charging, which will be charged to the renter. There is a 5 minute window in which no fee will be charged. This is Tesla's way of ensuring enough superchargers for all, so please be considerate and hopefully others will do the same for you! Additionally you can download the App PlugShare to find alternative free charging, though what you find will likely be much slower than Tesla superchargers.

• If I need to charge the car during my rental what are my options?

  You may plug the car into a regular 110 wall outlet at your house. This will provide only roughly 30 miles for an overnight charge. Otherwise, you are able to use the Tesla Supercharger or other EV charging stations with the adapter that will be provided.
