Marlin was awesome in communication and super helpful as this was my first Tesla experience.
There was an issue with how much the car was charged before pickup, but he said he would make it right (to be determined). Car wasn't the cleanest and unfortunately the passengers I had to pick up made several comments about the trash in the back seat pockets and cup holder spaces and were especially bothered with what appeared to be snot on the seats. That was embarrassing.
Marlin said this was his first time renting his car, and he truly did an amazing job with communication. I would still consider booking with him again in the future.
