The car was fantastic quality, location and pick up were easy and convenient. The only two issues I had were as follows.
1. The seat covers made it very difficult to use the seat belts in the back seats. I had to help the kids with me buckle up every time we got in.
2. Could’ve used clear instructions on recharging the car. I found a charging location, but didn’t know what I was doing as far how to pay or what the process was.. (I even downloaded the Tesla app trying to create an account. I’m sure Chantz could’ve helped me quickly but I didn’t want to be a bother. Would recommend explaining up front that the car just needs to be attached and payment is handled through the owners account.
