DO's ✔️Legal Passengers: Only allow legally allowed passengers according to local laws. This typically means having enough seat belts for everyone in the vehicle. ✔️Food and Drinks: Food and drinks are permitted in the vehicle but be mindful and avoid making a mess. ✔️Enjoy the luxurious experience of the Model 3 Tesla DON'TS ✔️Illegal Substances: Strictly prohibit the possession or use of illegal drugs or substances within the vehicle. ✔️Damaging Activities: Prohibit activities that could damage the vehicle, such as excessive off-roading, racing, or reckless driving. ✔️Irresponsible Behavior: Any behavior that could endanger the safety of passengers or others on the road, such as drinking alcohol while driving or engaging in distracting activities is strictly prohibited. ✔️Unauthorized Drivers: Only allow authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement to operate the vehicle. Unauthorized drivers should not be permitted to drive the vehicle under any circumstances ✔️Vehicle Condition: Please return the vehicle in the same condition as when you received it. This includes cleaning and vacuuming the interior condition. (FREE WASH available at SAM'S XPRESS locations - the tag is registered to the vehicle. ) ✔️Charging: The car should be returned with the same level of charge as when you picked it up. Do not charge the car beyond 90%. If you need to use a Supercharger, please note that fees will be billed after your trip. ✔️Cleaning: We use the premium wash service from Sam's Xpress Wash. You can wash for free up to 2x a day. Pull up to the gate and the camera will scan the tag! ✔️Communication: Notify us immediately if the car incurs any damage or if you anticipate being late for the return. ✔️No Smoking, Vaping, or Pets: To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, smoking, vaping, and pets are strictly prohibited in the vehicle. Any violations will be reported and will incur a substantial cleaning fee of $150 - $250

• Can I smoke inside the car?

  There is NO SMOKING in the Tesla Model 3. If there is evidence of smoking, you will be fined $150 plus a cleaning fee by Turo.

• Are there any fees associated with the Tesla Model 3?

• How does the pick up and drop off process work?

  Enjoy a seamless experience! Contact us via app or phone upon arrival for entry to the vehicle.

• Are food and drinks allowed in the vehicle?

  Food and drinks are permitted but please keep the vehicle clean.

• What if I need to return later than expected?

  First check in the app to determine if the car if is available for the dates needed then proceed to book the dates needed for extension.

• Do I need to clean the vehicle before returning it?

  Please return the vehicle in the same condition as when you received it. This includes cleaning and vacuuming the interior condition. (FREE WASH available at SAM'S XPRESS locations - the tag is registered to the vehicle.)

• What should I do if the car is damaged?

  Notify us immediately if the car incurs any damage through the app or via phone.

• Where can I charge the vehicle?

  Car GPS will show the nearest charging station. The car should be returned with the same level of charge as when you picked it up. Do not charge the car beyond 90%. If you need to use a Supercharger, please note that fees will be billed after your trip. Use your Tesla's navigation system or the Tesla app to find the nearest Supercharger station.
