We love our Red Tesla Model 3, performance car! The car is fully cleaned and washed for each rental. Please treat the car with great respect. All weather mats help keep the car clean but if you spill, clean it up. We always provide a cleaner spray and Microsoft cloth for you. It accelerates quickly: from 0-60 mph* in as little as 3.1 seconds and has a carbon fiber spoiler which provides stability at high speeds. it has 20" Überturbine Wheels and Performance Brakes for incredible control in all weather conditions. We have added a ceramic outer protection - love it on longer trips because it keeps the car cleaner than usual. You can also enjoy watching movies and playing games while charging or sitting in the car, just because. It definitely stands out because it is RED! Please read the guide and FAQs. Charging charges will be billed after the trip There is absolutely NO VAPING, SMOKING, and use of any WEED/Marijuana pens! Please do not rent the car if you can not abide by this! No pets, pet hair, pee or poop! No trash left behind! No tire burns or scraped up rims. We take pictures before and after every rental and you will have to pay for the repair. If traveling outside of North Carolina, you must disclose this prior to the agreement. *we are waiting on a cosmetic touch up from someone taping the corner of our car when parked. It does not affect the car - just annoying.

PICTURES - Take pictures of the car from all angles including mileage at pick-up. Then upload it to Turo so you won’t be responsible for any marks. SANITATION - Our cars are kept clean, disinfected, and sanitized. Please help prevent the spread of germs during cold/flu by keeping your hands clean. We have hand sanitizers in the car and disinfectant wipes for you to use. There is absolutely NO VAPING, SMOKING, and use of any WEED/Marijuana pens! Please do not rent the car if you can not abide by this! No pets, pet hair, pee or poop! No trash left behind! No burns in tires or scraped rims. We take pictures before and after every rental and you will have to pay for the repair. If traveling outside of North Carolina, you must disclose this prior to the agreement. NO booking for other people, events, etc. without PRIOR PERMISSION.

Charging - Do's and Don'ts
* DO charge it up when taking a long road trip (200+ miles) at one time. * DO return the car charged at the percentage you received it. You can prepay the EV charge as an extra. This allows you to return it as is but must have a minimum of 40 miles left at drop-off. * the first 90% charge is included in the price. Anything over will be charged unless pre-purchased * DO NOT let the battery get below 10% - if you are at ZERO miles and we need to call TESLA Towing, you will be charged a minimum of $500. * DO NOT overcharge when traveling around town - max is 85%. FYI: Use the Tesla app on the dashboard to find Charging Stations. There are many hotels with chargers. Superchargers will charge you for idle time if charging is complete and you are still letting it charge. It is usually $1 for the minute - we learned the hard way, unfortunately. A plug-in wall charger is in the frunk but only charges at 5 miles per hour (helpful for overnight). Tesla Supercharger charges will be billed to you after the ride. We only see those once the car is charged.
CLT Parking
We believe in hassle free pick up and drop off at the airport. Your delivery is all inclusive and you do not have to pay any additional parking fees if you park it in the self park express deck.
