Host wasn’t friendly and communication was poor, I’m used to having solid understandable conversations between individuals and all she kept responding with was thumbs up or “ok”
I am here not for solid conversations. I have a huge fleet of cars to manage. I provide great service by replying within 10 minutes not by long conversations. You did not ask me anything that should require replies. You let me know that you are extending and I would reply “ok”.
