Description
Brand new 2024 car . Enjoy this reasonably priced vehicle anytime ! Great on gas , has a little tint on there so it doesn’t look like a rental car and only need 3 hours notice to book this vehicle! Back seats come down for extra luggage space and also has apple / android car play! Car is currently has small dings on right side because of previous customer , working on getting it fixed but car keeps getting booked. Still drives perfect they side swiped something had it fixed but still small imperfections.

Bad communication with the host & cohost. You have 3 options but couldn’t reach any of them when needed to most. $110 for 1 day and I wasn’t even able to keep the car until 11:30. Had to leave work early to drop off because host and cohost weren’t communicable.

1 star is ridiculous. Customer booked car for an early morning pickup. (7am) Day of she texts me 5am asking if she can pickup early (6am). I agreed , she then picks up car at 8am…. So 2 hours late.Doesn’t follow pickup instructions because she’s rushing bc shes late so then she pays for parking accidentally when parking is clearly free. Then does same thing dropping off, tries to change drop off time instead of just sticking to original pickup nd drop off time agreed upon.

Trey was VERY responsive and did everything to help make the rental go as smoothly as possible. Car had been damaged by previous renter and he was very apologetic. Clean car, airport pick up and drop off.
