This is a very convenient and hassle free service! CLT Airport✈️ Personal Pick Up and Drop Off: 1️⃣ When you arrive at the gate, please text us. This will get the car curbside as quickly as possible 2️⃣ Once you're outside please send us a message of what lettered pillar you are residing by 3️⃣ The pick up/drop off area can be extremely hot during the summer, feel free to reside inside by the door and we will give you a call when we are close 4️⃣ Once we pick you up, we will drive to our drop off location, only a 3 minute drive away from the terminal to do the check out process. CLT Airport Remote 📞 Pick Up/Drop Off (Most Convenient Option): 1️⃣ Before your trip we will message you instructions on how to get to the car, a 3 minute free bus ride to the parking lot. 2️⃣ After the check out process through the Turo app messaging/phone call is complete, you will have access to the car within just a few minutes. 🚭NO SMOKING! 🚭 Up to a $250 fee if there are signs of smoking

Airport Parking: This takes an approximately 15 minute bus ride (including the stops) to the airport after parking. Using the white card labeled “Airport Parking”, scan it to raise the traffic guard. Park at any non-handicapped parking spot, preferably to left as you enter the parking lot. There are bus stops inside of the lot with a blue roof and glass walls, near each entrance. The Airport Shuttle will come to each bus stop every 5-10 minutes and take you directly to the airport. No pass or money is required. The bus stops twice in another parking lot before going to the airport.
Guidelines

Zach was very accommodating! The car was clean and ran well, got great fuel mileage. He was very punctual and communicated well.

Not only was Zach car nice to drive. He always made himself available if there was a need. I needed to extend by one day at literally the last minute and he was very flexible with me. It was my first time using the turo app and originally I booked his car at which wasn’t even in town so car wasn’t available. Zach stayed in constant communication with me throughout the day. He was able to not only get me the car later in the evening but he brought it to me. I truly appreciate his kindness and patience. If I’m ever in the area I will 100% rent from him again. Thank you for everything.
