1st thing : Pickup took longer than expected given Miles had to drop off the car to us at the airport. Waited about 20-25 minutes by the arriving terminal waiting for him to arrive after gotten off of a flight at 830pm. Not to mention there was no time to take quality pickup pictures given we had to jump into it at the arrivals terminal while local police were shooing us out of the temporary drop-off space. 2nd thing : not a huge deal given it was aesthetic, but the car had a decent amount of damage on the passenger side of the car that wasn't made available on the pictures of the listing (probably wouldn't have rented if it were shown, so fair on Miles' part) 3rd thing : the car smelled like cigarettes or someone had been smoking in it after getting into it following letting it sit for a few hours or overnight..kinda gross smelling and bothered the younger family we had getting into it. Could use an air freshener.. All in all, the car worked and it was on the lesser budget side, so compromises were expected to a certain extent.

1st - Client changed pickup time 3x and I did not even charge him for the inconvenience. I have screenshots to show the actual conversation during the time he waited “20-25 minutes”. 2nd - There is minor damage on the passenger driver door that is not present on the photos. It has happened recently and I have not been able to get it fixed due to back to back bookings 3rd - Smoking is not allowed in the vehicle, please disregard these comments! Pleas reach out with any questions/concerns!
