The tags were expired since Sep 2023 (almost a year), the tag on the vehicle didn’t match the tag listed in the Turo app. There was a crack all the way across the middle of the windshield, the listing showed the vehicle with the windows tinted, they were not, etc etc etc. first bad experience booking through Turo.

Thank you for your review as I sent you on the app the proof that the taxes were paid and current on this vehicle the crack does not go across the windshield it’s a small crack on passenger side and the glass is on order this vehicle has never been tinted everything on the vehicle stays at manufacturer level we don’t tint windows on our vehicles as they might affect vision of other you also drove the vehicle almost a hundred miles and didn’t refuel it to level where you picked it up at.
