Amazing experience. Our original Turo car was cancelled due to it being in an accident only 24 hours before our check in, we quickly booked Charles’ BMW and are so glad we did! He was so communicative and explained exactly how to get to the car and where it was in such detail. The car was spotless, nice-smelling, and rode like a dream. We’re already working on our next trip and planning to book this car again - or another with Charles at least! Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed. 😊
