I SCHEDULED MY CAR FOR 2:30pm BUT DID NOT ARRIVE UNTIL 4:30PM BECAUSE HOW FAR THE CAR WAS FROM THE CITY AND TRAFFIC, TRIED TO CHANGE TIME BEFORE PICKUP BUT WAS NOT ALLOWED, RETURNED THE CAR NEXT DAY AT 3:30PM AGAIN DUE TO TRAFFIC AND OWNER TOLD TURO TO CHARGE ME FOR AN HALF OF DAY TOTALING $61.44 FOR BEING 1 HOUR LATE. NOT TO MENTION I WOULD HAVE EXTENDED BUT THE OWNER DOUBLED THE PRICE PER DAY AFTER I PICKED UP THE CAR THINKING I WOULD PAY $125 PER DAY WHEN IT WAS ORIGINALLY $55/DAY. SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PERSON AND THEIR FLEET OF CARS THEY HAVE.

How unfortunate to see the unprofessionalism of a disgruntled Guest. Our pickup and return instructions are very clear and include that late fees will be charged if vehicle is returned after the booking end time. Changes/extensions are on the Guest to process in a timely manner to not incur additional fees. As indicated by other Guest reviews, our Guest experience is top-tier, and no vehicle in our fleet is below 5-stars in any Turo rated category. No attitude here. This Guest has one, though.

Our first experience with Turo went great, due to our host being patient and helpful. We were totally oblivious to how the process worked. Everything was effortless and our car was great. We will totally continue with Turo based on this experience.
