This was my first experience with Turo. I don’t think I will ever go back to normal rental cars. Kihun Cha was a great host and very easy to work with. He always replies back promptly, is flexible with timing, and is very polite. Should I ever need to rent a vehicle again, I will go back to Kihun Cha first thing.
