Has all the amenities you'd need, including AM/FM radio, USB and AUX ports and cup holders galore! Plus it gets almost 40 mpg so you wont be spending your trip at the gas station! ***INSURANCE INFORMATION*** Turo provides basic liability insurance in your rental fee and does offer additional coverage - I recommend the mid- or high-level coverage. No off-roading. In the event the car is returned in a dirty condition, all cleaning costs will be passed on to you (minimum $29 USD). If you are involved in an accident, please contact 911 if there are any injuries, otherwise contact me immediately then follow Turo’s accident protocol found in their app or online. Car was filthy upon pick up; dirt and pet hair everywhere. When I took the car to be cleaned immediately after pick up, the host showed no concern or even attempt to resolve the issue. I submitted images and receipts for the wash to the host and not only did they disregard the concern, they also asked that I was the vehicle again prior to return. I communicated via telephone and Turo with the host on numerous occasions and they would read messages and simply not respond and claim to have not been contacted. I believe the host is already extremely busy with other responsibilities. Do not expect great service or business, they basically leave the car with a key and you either drive it or don’t - they can care less about proper business. I’ve used Turo for hundreds of trips, this was the worst experience I’ve had. You can pay the same price for much better service.
