Add optional Extras to your trip at checkout.

Please return the car in the same condition that you received it. You are required to return the vehicle with the same amount of gas when you received it unless you opted for the Extra service of us refueling for you. Don’t have time to gas up? Add pre-paid fuel. Any towing fee is not covered. You are responsible for any parking violation incurred by you and all fees associated with it. For safety reasons I equipped all my cars with GPS or AirTag systems, so I can reduce any vehicle thefts and always be worn that nothing is stolen. Any miscellaneous charges such as noticeable scrapes, dents, dings, or scratches as long as tolls, tickets, or other fees during the rental period will be charged additional to you. No Smoking / No Pets - violators will be charged as well.

• Do you have any delivery options?

  We will deliver! • Get this vehicle delivered anywhere within a 25 mile radius of our home location, 11200 Lakeline Mall Dr, Cedar Park, TX 78613, for an additional charge of $115. We can deliver further for additional charge please contact us. • If you want it delivered to the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport or Austin North Amtrak it is going to be an additional charge. Select “Delivered to you” under pick up and return location upon checkout to see if you qualify! All parking fee's will be charged to renter.

• How can I extend the booking?

  If you need to extend your trip, let the host know ASAP. In cases where the vehicle is booked out already, turo will require you to book a separate vehicle and return the car. You will be charged for late fees anything over 30 min unless you have messaged us and we have given approval for a late return. Please read Turo Guidelines for fees associated with late returns.

• How do I use tolls during the trip?

  Simply drive through the tolls and we will invoice you your receipts through Turo a few weeks after your trip ends.

• Where can I find the insurance card and roadside assistance information?

  You can find Turo's insurance card as well as the roadside assistance information in the glovebox as well as in your app. If you get into an accident or got a ticket, please provide the Turo insurance card to the third party or law enforcement.
