Airport Pickup Fee and Instructions: Vehicle will be parked at the airport Parking garage few hours prior to the scheduled pick up time. Location of the car will be shared an hour before arrival. Car will be unlocked, keys and parking ticket will be inside the cup holder or elbow rest compartment. Guest is responsible for parking costs up to $17 upon pickup of the vehicle. Smoking policy: Thank you for booking the car. I strive to ensure the best guest experience, and I am constantly improving customer service. Please be advised that smoking and strong scent sprays, and air fresheners are not allowed in this vehicle. The vehicle is equipped with a smoke detector, and there will be an $150 Turo smoking fee if the policy is violated. If you do not agree to these fees, kindly cancel this reservation to avoid additional charges. 98% of guests had adhered to this policy. Very clean car and nice drive. Moe responded quickly to any questions. It was easy to access and return the vehicle. The only suggestion I have and its a minor one is not have the customer pay for the parking when picking up vehicle. Some Turo providers provide money for the parking and the customer does not have to pay for it.
