Car was in good condition and generally clean, however it smelled like cigarette/weed smoke with strong air freshener scent covering it up. This is disappointing especially since the host charges a fee for smoking.

Lauren I am glad you recognize our effort to present you a decent vehicle for your trip. However it seems like there's a pandemic of smokers, despite all the warnings and the fees as a deterrent they still end up violating the rule. I wish Turo management will find a way to fix this issue. Sadly they Dont charge the customer because they said can't smell from their office.

Customer purposely wrote this review to bring down our rating but prevent us from getting it removed. The guest did not treat our vehicle with care as they severely damaged the vehicle on the first day of their trip. The rating they gave us was due to our refusal to offer them a refund even though they damaged the vehicle.
