‼️ Please take the time to read these Guidelines‼️ 🔻 Please read and familiarize yourself with Turo Policies as there is a lot of information that will help you as a guest and what to expect. 🔻 You are responsible for parking fees, up to $17, but returning the car is free. 🔻 You are responsible for Toll Fees. Car is equipped with EZ Pass and Transponder number will be given to you within 24hrs of your trip. 🔻 We guarantee a full tank of gas for every pick-up and delivery. Please return the vehicle with the same amount of gas you received it with. You will be charged the cost of missing gas plus $10 convenience fee. 🔻 Upon return, the car MUST be locked, and the keys MUST be locked in the keylock!! 🔻 You may not use the vehicle for commercial purposes such as driving other passengers for a fee such as Uber or Lyft or delivering food/packages. Vehicle use is for personal use ONLY. 🔻 We guarantee a clean and disinfected car for every pick-up and delivery. There will be a $150 cleaning violation fee if there is irresponsible or abusive behavior. 🔻 No animals due to allergies. Support animals are welcome, but please get approval before your trip starts. There will be a cleaning violation fee if a pet is transported without approval, a significant amount of pet hair, or a cleaning issue. 🔻 For late returns, please extend your trip for free if available. For late returns 30 mins - 1hr 59mins there will be a fee of 1/2 the daily trip price. For late returns 2 hours or more, there will be a fee of the daily trip price plus $20 late return fee. Please note: Turo may charge additional fees at their discretion. 🔻 $200 key replacement fee for damaged or missing keys. 🚭 No Smoking Policy! 🚭 there will be a $250 smoking violation fee. This policy covers the use of, but is not limited to, any tobacco or tobacco-related products, marijuana or marijuana substitutes, e-cigarettes, or personal vaporizers.

Great ride overall. I do believe that the risk mitigated from disabling Bluetooth versus the risk created by doing so does not balance out.

Our Bluetooth wasn't disabled it just stopped working, unfortunately. Ford Sync is terrible. Sorry for the inconvenience, but we are transparent on our listing that it is not available.
