Great car and owner made the whole process easy. Would recommend to anyone!

The car is in impecable condition and was super clean. The host is communicative, and pickup/drop off was fast and polite. This was my first Turo experience and it was absolutely wonderful. Thank you for everything.

The day started off fine. I picked up the car and Radley explained the process to return it using a window mounted lockbox if he is unable to meet the next day.

Later that day while on a toll road I passed a landscaping truck towing a trailer leaving debris on the road. A few minutes later I received a message from Radley saying he forgot to mention he has a speed monitoring device installed and abusive driving will not be tolerated. I apologized and explained the situation and also mentioned I was not able to get the cruise control to work. Radley could have left it at that but he seemed to misinterpret my message as saying the cruise control was the reason I exceeded the speed limit and he decided to send a series of berating messages calling me a liar for claiming the cruise control was not working, telling me I should return the car if I’m unable to follow the laws of the road. He completely ruined the mood for our day of vacation.

I took him up on his offer to return the car early and after parking the car in the same spot we met him at and placing the key in the lockbox I messaged Radley to inform him it had been returned. He seemed to also misinterpret this message and replied with the code for the lockbox which was confusing because the code is required to open the box and place the key inside. He also did not end the rental at that time so I was unable to document the mileage and condition of the car. Thankfully he did not take advantage of the situation and he returned my full deposit.

If you are considering renting this car please learn from my mistake and avoid this host.
