CHARGING don’t let the battery go less than 20% and don’t set up the charging more than 90% CAR WASH During your trip please do not take the car through any kind of automated car wash. GENERAL CARE Be careful with potholes as flat tires can be common if the car is misused. Be sure to keep the car in a good and clean condition during your trip and when the vehicle is returned. Please note this vehicle has an airtag on the key fob. We’ve had guest loose keys before it’s very stressful,expensive, and inconvenient for us host. As an FYI, off-roading or driving illegally is against Turo's Terms of Service. This vehicle has a device in it that detects off-roading or aggressive driving. We do not want you to get fined and/or banned from Turo, so please avoid this type of driving. PETS Pets ARE NOT allowed in this vehicle at any time - to both protect the vehicle and help future guest's with specific allergies. SMOKING We are committed to providing safe and clean vehicles for our guest. In order to better deliver on this commitment, this vehicles is NON-smoking. A $250 cleaning fee will be assed if smoking has been detected. This fee is to cover the cost of vehicle cleaning. De-smoking requires a vehicle be taken out of service for up to 24-hours so it can be cleaned with a natural deodorizer and an oxidation process. ADDITIONAL DRIVER Only Turo-approved drivers can drive the vehicle during the trip. Guests may request to add an additional Approved Driver to a trip. EARLY RETURN If you need to return the vehicle earlier, you may do so by notifying me, but keep in mind you will not receive a refund for the unused days. DRIVERS LICENSE You will be asked to upload/text your selfie with your drivers license every time you book a vehicle with Turo. Turo requires us host to verify your identity and that you have your license in your possession and it is valid.

• How to charge ?

  We include a 110v cable for you to use or you can go to a supercharger near you. When you charge at a supercharger, our card on file will billed. I will send you invoices at the end of your trip.

• What happens if I flat tire ?

  If this happens during your trip please let us know. Keep in mind you will be responsible for any repairs or replacements.

• What’s the range on this vehicle ?

  This depends on how you drive and weather conditions. Rated range is 245 miles at 100% charge.

• What happens if battery goes to 0% ?

  This can lead to severe battery damage and will need to be TOWED to the nearest supercharger at the customer’s expenses. Please keep an eye at the charging level, 30% is the best indicator to start looking for a charging solution. Tesla navigation will show you the nearest Tesla Supercharger. If needed please contact us we can remotely push Navigation directions to the cars Navigation. If the vehicle’s battery goes down to 3% or below, Renter will be charge a FINE of $350 for battery service and calibration to avoid sever damage to faulty use of the main High Voltage Battery Unit .
