If an issue arrises during your trip, please let me know right away so I can make it right for you. ------ RE-FUELING ------ Your trip will start with a full tank. When refueling, please use premium only. If you are unable to top off the fuel before the end of the trip, no problem, I can take care of that for you and submit an invoice for the fuel plus $10 convenience fee. ------ RULES OF THE RIDE ------ 1. NO SMOKING. This includes tobacco, marijuana, vapes, anything that emits an odor. If the vehicle smells when returned you will be responsible for the cleaning and smoke mitigation costs, approximately $200. 2. No pets of any kind. I try to be respectful of any guest with potential allergies, so please no pets in the vehicle. 3. All communication must be through the Turo App. I have quite a few vehicles listed and this ensures all messages are kept in one centralized location. 4. If you need more time with the vehicle, or a modification to the pickup/dropoff location please send me a message and I will do my best to accommodate the change. 5. The vehicle will be fully cleaned before your trip. If the vehicle is excessively dirty (trash, mud, etc) it will incur a cleaning fee.
