Top notch overall experience! Michael was great, proactively communicated and responded almost immediately to every message I sent. The car was in great shape and as advertised. I was met at airport arrivals, had a quick and easy hand off, and was on my way with the car connected to my phone. Michael met me at departures on my way out of town and that exchange was just as smooth. I’ll definitely be renting from him again the next time I’m in the area.
