⚠️ BEFORE YOUR TRIP ⚠️ 🗺️ OUT-OF-STATE TRAVEL: Please review mileage limits and per mile overage fees. 🚭 NO SMOKING: (Tobacco, or Cannabis): 150* violation fee plus an additional 3% process fee, we are vape friendly as long as no juice stains. 🔌 SUPERCHARGING: You are responsible for all supercharging fees during your trip. All charges will be uploaded to Turo and then charged to you via an invoice on the Turo app, after your trip. ————————————————————————— ⚠️ RETURNING THE VEHICLE ⚠️ 🔋CHARGE LEVEL: You DO NOT need to return the vehicle fully charged as long as you have chosen prepaid EV in our "Extras Tab" we do require at least 20 percent of charge due at return of rental. Other wise we advise customers that don't book prepaid EV to return it with at least 80% or a recharge fee will be charged. 🕚 LATE RETURN: Late fees will accrue 30 minutes past trip end time. Total fees are calculated and charged by Turo. 🧼 CLEANLINESS: Please dispose of all trash and double check to see that you have not left anything behind. ** We are not responsible for lost or items left behind ** A cleaning fee will be charged if vehicle is returned excessively dirty. 🅿️ Any/All parking garage fees from the airport are the responsibility of the guest. How do I charge the Tesla?
You can charge the Tesla at any Supercharger station or using the mobile connector provided with the car. Instructions will be provided upon pickup.
What if I get a ticket or toll charge?
You are responsible for any tickets, tolls, or fines incurred during your rental period. Please inform us of any incidents. (If you don't inform us immediately there might be additional charges)
How would I pay for the supercharge?
While you are using the car, we will pay for the supercharge. However, after the rental ends, an invoice will be sent out for any charges related to charging and tolls.
What's the battery capacity or range of the vehicle ?
It has a capacity of 272-300 miles per full charge.
Can I Extend my trip?
Yes, you can request an extension through the Turo app or website, provided the car is available for additional dates.
