2022 Updated Guidelines Tell me your trip plan. I already know your name, what times you selected, and which car you want, so write useful things instead. Your booking request should say why you chose the particular car, how many seats you need, how much cargo, where you're going, how you plan to arrive on time for pickup, whether you know how to drive manual, maybe even what kind of cars you like in general. The suitability of a car differs whether you're riding with family, shooting a music video, in a wedding, on a date, going for a fun drive. If your selected car doesn't come back from its previous trip, I need to know what other options would work for you. If I'm unaware that you're flying in, I might cancel your trip if you're delayed in the air and unresponsive. I love helping my customers have fun and memorable experiences with my cars, so help me out by telling me what you're doing. Most customers can stop reading now, but the difficult customers should continue. If you don't want to tell me your trip plan or there's an issue with it, I can't directly ask you to cancel. But remember that if I don't tell you everything looks good with your trip, Turo lets me cancel a few trips free of charge right up to the start of the booking. In fact, the way we're graded on approval rate, cancellation rate, response time, and ratings makes it better for me to approve and cancel some trips than decline them from the start, so that should answer your question, "Why did you approve my trip if you weren't sure it would work?" With any peer-to-peer service, it's always important to be in agreement with your service provider. An attitude of "The app promises me you will..." will only teach you that the app can't really make anyone do anything. This is true whether you're doing car-share, ride-share, home-share, food delivery, etc. The apps make promises to both parties that the app has no way of delivering on and the consequences for failing to deliver are often too low. A verbal guarantee from a reputable person is worth more than a guarantee from a sharing economy app. I'm one of the oldest and most loyal Turo hosts because it's a great company and always improving. We want you to be a repeat customer, so do your part in communicating, letting me know how I can help you, being flexible within reason, and helping out the Turo community. Read my reviews to get a sense of what to expect, and know that the last-minute cancellations you see might be people who tested my personal guidelines compliance policy. :) Vehicle-specific Details: Awesome structural blue F-Sport convertible! If you haven't heard of structural blue, look up the video about it online. It's the second best paint color, only less special than Mystichrome. Be careful not to scrape the front lip, or anything else, the damage claims are going to be obscenely expensive on this car. But it's also one of my coolest, with 300 hp out of the same durable engine used in my Sienna, and RWD. Compared to my BMW hardtop convertible, the more responsive and powerful naturally aspirated engine and the rear drive setup makes it way more fun. This car uses the EZ-Pass transponder number 02105315465. Turo suggests confirming the transponder number before your trip.

He was very punctual. The car dashboard was not very clean though. I used my car wipes to dust it off. Also, he puts the car keys in a leather protective case that is worn out and looks ugly.
Jorida
It was a great car. Charvak was so nice!
Nicole
Charvak was really nice and flexible. The car was a ton of fun to drive too!
Chris
Car is great with the top down heaters on your feet and the seat warmers on. Super quiet and great gas mileage.
Ransher
Clean, comfortable and convenient.
