2022 Updated Guidelines Tell me your trip plan. I already know your name, what times you selected, and which car you want, so write useful things instead. Your booking request should say why you chose the particular car, how many seats you need, how much cargo, where you're going, how you plan to arrive on time for pickup, whether you know how to drive manual, maybe even what kind of cars you like in general. The suitability of a car differs whether you're riding with family, shooting a music video, in a wedding, on a date, going for a fun drive, test driving this particular model. If your selected car doesn't come back from its previous trip, I need to know what other options could work for you. If I don't know your flight number, I might cancel your trip if you're delayed in the air and unresponsive. I love helping my customers have fun and memorable experiences with my cars, so help me out by telling me what you're doing. Also, my trip length requirements are listed in my profile, read them and ask if I'll take your booking. They're a little confusing, but mainly it's about avoiding short trips booked far in advance or 24 hour trips that cost me 2 days for the price of 1. Most customers can stop reading now, but if we have issues from the start, I'll direct you to my fine print below. If you don't want to tell me your trip plan or there's an issue with it, I can't directly ask you to cancel. But remember that if I don't tell you everything looks good with your trip, Turo lets me cancel a few trips free of charge right up to the start of the booking. In fact, the way we're graded on approval rate, cancellation rate, response time, and ratings makes it better for me to approve and cancel some trips than decline them from the start, so that should answer your question, "Why did you approve my trip if you weren't sure it would work?" With any peer-to-peer service, it's always important to be in agreement with your service provider. An attitude of "The app promises me you will..." will only teach you that the app can't really make anyone do anything. This is true whether you're doing car-share, ride-share, home-share, food delivery, etc. The apps make promises to both parties that the app has no way of delivering on and the consequences to the provider for failing to deliver are often too low compared to the inconvenience to the customer. A verbal guarantee from a reputable person is worth more than a guarantee from a sharing economy app. I'm one of the oldest and most loyal Turo hosts because it's a great company and always improving. We want you to be a repeat customer, so do your part in communicating, letting me know how I can help you, being flexible within reason, and helping out the Turo community. Read my reviews to get a sense of what to expect, and know that the last-minute cancellations you see might be people who tested my personal guidelines compliance policy. :) Car Specific Details Fuel-efficient, AWD, hardtop convertible, seats 4, what more could you want? Be warned that the trunk space is tiny, though, and the 240 hp 4 cylinder turbo isn't crazy fast. It's a good looking car, fun to drive, but it's sort of the German take on an entry level sedan. I think BMW could do better with their controls layout. Handling and ride quality are pretty good, but I'm surprised that my Lexus CT200h seems to corner better and feels superior in design and quality. The 8-spd automatic in this BMW is cool, really helps with acceleration and fuel efficiency. This car uses the EZ-Pass transponder number 02104495986. Please confirm the transponder number before your trip.

Charvak was responsive and helpful
Tyler
Car came completely as advertised, and Charvak was extremely quick to respond and accommodated an early drop off. Showed me where everything in the car was, connected my phone to bluetooth, etc. Would definitely book again
Bryan
This trip was a little unorthodox considering it was instant booked by Turo for me cause of the last host flaking. Charvak handled the situation professionally. Also had a little curb rash during the drive and he handled that very fairly. Would rent from the host again.
Gustavo
Even though I booked the trip just hours before, Charvak promptly replied and got everything set for it. He's super friendly, gave me precise instructions when I got the car, and the car was amazing, definitely go for this if you're looking for a comfortable and performing convertible for a trip on a sunny day.
Katherine
Charvak was a great host! He helped arrange parking for our vehicle while we rented his beautiful car and got soaking wet in a rainstorm helping our bridal party into the hardtop convertible. We were able to get beautiful wedding photos with the car once the weather cleared up and driving with the top down was so fun. Thank you Charvak, you do an awesome job!
