All Electric vehicle. This is NOT a hybrid. It does not use any gas. The only way for this car to work is to charge the batteries. This car has about 110 mile range in the Summer and about a 75 mile range in the Winter. Here's the cool part! You can charge it 3 different ways. Level 1 = 110 household power(slow charge). The car comes with this type of charger in the trunk. You can literally plug it in wherever you have access to a normal 110V grounded plug. Simply plug the cord into the car first, then plug it into the power source. To unplug, simply unplug at the power source first, then unplug the cord at the car. (10-15 hours to fully charge mostly depleted battery pack) Second option, Level 2 = 240V (similar power to a kitchen range, water heater or electric dryer...Medium charge speed...Level 2 charging(4-5 hours to fully charge mostly depleted battery pack) availability is abundant and can be used by signing up with any one of the following apps. ChargePoint, Semaconnect, PlugShare, EZ-Charge and EVgo are all apps that will enable you to charge the car with Level 2 charging. Level 3 charging (less than 1 hour to fully charge mostly depleted battery pack)locations are fewer and farther between, but are, by far, the fastest way to charge. You can charge for free at Freedom Nissan with either Level 2 or Level 3 chargers. Level 3 charger will require a RFID scan card which we will provide to you. There will be fees associated with charging at Level 2 and Level 3 chargers and you will be charged for the power consumed via the app on your smart device.
