If we receive notifications of such behavior or any prohibited behavior, your rental period will be terminated immediately without a refund, and you will be required to return the car promptly. To maintain the car's condition, we check the tread depth before and after pickup. In the event of burnouts, a fee of $600 per tire will be applied and billed to you. Additional charges may also be imposed for any other damaging or inappropriate actions. Please drive responsibly and respectfully to avoid any unnecessary costs. If the vehicle is returned with damages, you will be responsible for the repair costs or any insurance deductibles incurred to restore the car to its original condition. 1.
