The pick up easy and wonderful but they loose a star because I thought they could have been more fourth coming about the amount of scratches and dings they car has.

This host and their cohost are very pleasant and helpful . Was able to communicate with them easily and in a timely manner. They were very accommodating and understanding upon learning about my difficulties w/ drop off . I want to highlight also the Co host , very nurturing , selfless and encouraging as well.
