It was my first time using turo when I didn’t make the next request it kicked me out my trip and caused a late fee overall it’s decent the fees are more than the actually car rental place
The car was great saves on gas and still has the luxury of a Lexus. Arkady was also nice, and very polite, showed me how to work the car and was very flexible when it came to picking up the car. Overall nice trip

Arkady is a very friendly and his car was a great car too clean car from inside and outside. Also tires are good. Moreover, I got the car for four days and I needed to Extend the rent for one day so I asked Arkady for one day more and he confirmed the request with in 15 minutes only and that we so quick. Arkady was a very nice person. He took his time to show me the car and it’s features before I drove it off. He also sent me a message before my trip was over to ask me if I wanted to extend my ride. When I brought the car back. I had to wait on my Lyft to pick me up, he offered to wait with me until my Lyft arrived. As I said, he’s a great guy. I “highly” recommend anyone who’s reading this message to rent from him. P.S. The Mazda he has is very good on gas! I was so surprised. He told me it was before my trip, he was right! - Gerri

Loved this car so much i think I’m going to buy one. Arkady is always the best! Brought car to me in perfect condition and tank full. He is very personable and seeks to have a great transaction every time this is my second trip with him and when I book in the future I will always check with his availability first.
