Is smoking permitted in the vehicle?
No! Smoking in the vehicle is prohibited. Violators will incur a fine.
Can my rental be extended?
Yes. Rental extensions will be honored via Turo as long as there are no pending reservations already made.
Can I drop off / pick up after hours?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not. The earliest pickup is 8:00am ET and the latest drop off is 12:00am.
Is the vehicle equipped with E-ZPass?
Yes. There is an E-ZPass in the vehicle. You re prohibited from removing the transponder or from using your own transponder. (NYS E-ZPass Transponder: 00816401796)
Do you offer contactless pickup?
No. Unfortunately, this is not currently offered. A live associate will meet and greet you for all pickups and drop offs.
Do you offer unlimited mileage?
No. At this time we offer 200 miles per booking. Any additional mileage will be extra. Please consult your Turo contract for full details.
Do Turo cars come with a full tank of gas?
Cars will come with a full tank of gas, please return it in the same manor. Turo policy states that if the vehicle is not brought back with the same fuel level as received you will be charged the cost of gas plus a $10 inconvenience fee. Please understand all cars on Turo are non-smoking vehicles. Also note, we do not offer a gas card for refueling. That is the client's responsibility.
Guest responsibility for tolls.
Once a host receives a payment notice from a toll agency, they'll invoice you for the toll costs. If your host has equipped the vehicle with a toll transponder, keep it in place during your trip. You're prohibited from removing the transponder or from using your own transponder. (NYS E-ZPass Transponder: 00816401796)
