Do I need to clean the vehicle before the return?
All we ask is that the vehicle is returned in the same condition you picked it up in. We don't expect you to go out and detail the car before return, but we appreciate the vehicle being returned in a tidy condition.
Do I have to pay for tolls?
As a renter you are responsible for all toll charges. At the end of each trip, I will go through and tally up all the toll charges and request reimbursement at the end of the trip.
Are you flexible with extensions? Returning the car early? Adjusting pick-up/return time?
As long as you adjust the trip duration in the app, extensions are completely flexible as long as the vehicle is available.
How does refueling work?
Return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as you picked it up in. If prepaid fuel was purchased with the reservation, you can return the vehicle at any level.
