What should I expect when picking up the car at BNA?
The car will be ready and waiting your arrival into Nashville. You will receive the lockbox code at your schedule pick-up time via Turo messages. Upon exiting the parking lot, BNA will charge $15 for use of the lot. When you return the car, the same fee applies.
What is the 6% Aiport Fee for?
The 6% Airport Transaction Fee is remitted to BNA for conducting Turo Business on Airport Property. All Guests who book a car at BNA, should pick-up their car at BNA— not another parking lot off site that requires an Uber or Shuttle. The Host does not retain any portion of this fee. All rental car companies at the airport charge this fee.
