I want others to have the chance to drive some of these awesome machines. When you smoke in the car you are damaging the car, the same as an accident or scratching the paint. The access in and out of the parking facility was very dissatisfactory and unnecessarily time consuming. Ryan should have a much better system in place when it comes to picking up the vehicle and delivering the vehicle. In addition, his external key lock box was inoperable upon returning the car and I also invested time attempting to lock the key with the information provided. Overall a absolute displeasurable experience at the beginning & end of my trip.

I’m sorry you were displeased. Upon checking the lock box, it was found to function properly and the issue was a result of user error. Dozens of renters have used my system with no issues, as my reviews reflect. I would also reiterate that I am not a rental car company. I am a private individual who rents out my performance and sports cars so others can experience them. One of my other vehicles was on a trip and came back at the same time as yours with no issues.
