🚙 Please NO EATING 🚙Please NO SMOKING 🚙 Please NO PETS 🚙Please DO connect your car to the Bluetooth but be sure to disconnect and delete your profile prior to returning the keys ❗️ If you are driving to Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire or anywhere outside of Massachusetts PLEASE book a post-trip cleaning. If you go to the beach you will be charged a cleaning fee. If you do not book a post trip cleaning you will be charged at the end of your trip. If there is smoking paraphernalia (i.e. cigarette butts, ashes, lighters, marijuana crumbs) ❗️YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN CLEANING FEE of $250❗️ NO EXCEPTIONS If there are any scratches, bumps, bruises or scrapes on the vehicle (big or small) ❗️ YOU WILL RECEIVE AN INSURANCE CLAIM/INCIDENTAL FEE❗️ If you damage the rim of the vehicle ❗️YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN INCIDENTAL FEE OF $250 for EACH rim repair ❗️ •If you incurred any toll charges in your trip you will receive an invoice to pay the fees after your trip ends. •If you are going to be late picking up the vehicle OR if your flight is being delayed PLEASE let me know ASAP. I will wait 30 minutes from the time the trip starts after 30 minutes your trip will be cancelled. •If you submitted a pick up time in the app but realize you will be late PLEASE let me know. Remember .. this is not a rental car service. You are renting someone’s personal car and on their personal time. I have a young child and while I don’t mind waiting if you end up being late-I will not inconvenience myself for unresponsive/late guests. •If you would like to be so kind as to wash the vehicle before you bringing it back I have a monthly membership at Scrub-A-Dub and would appreciate it, but it’s not necessary. •Unfortunately accidents happen. If one happens inside of the vehicle I have tools including a vacuum cleaner and multipurpose cleaner along with protectant. Each spray has a corresponding microfiber wipe. Please use correct color microfiber wipe with spray (refer to pictures). *Please enjoy this vehicle as your own but be aware of unnecessary aggressive driving and speed. If something unforeseen such as keys being locked inside of the car or you are somehow locked out contact me immediately as I can rectify the error from my cell phone. Please be aware that I can see information from GPS location to harsh acceleration and breaking through the Toyota app. Again, enjoy the vehicle but treat as if it is your own.
