Please communicate promptly if there are any changes or delays. 3. **Fuel Policy:** - Return the Tesla with the same level of Battery as at pickup. 4. **Mileage Limit:** - Stay within the mileage limit specified in the listing. Additional charges will apply for excess mileage according to Turo’s policy. 5. **Driving Conduct:** - Please drive safely and respect traffic laws. The Mustang should not be used for racing, track events, or any unlawful activities. 6. **Smoking Policy:** - Smoking inside the vehicle is not allowed. A cleaning fee will be charged if there is any evidence of smoking. 7. **Pet Policy:** - Small pets are welcome but must travel in a carrier. Any pet-related mess or damage may result in additional cleaning or repair fees. 8. **Cleanliness:** - Please keep the car clean and tidy. Return it in the condition it was received to avoid any cleaning fees. 9. **Parking and Traffic Violations:** - You are responsible for any fines or violations during the rental period, including parking, tolls, and traffic infractions. 10. **Accidents or Damage:** - Notify me immediately in the event of an accident or damage. The host charged us a parking ticket that HE received because he unduly parked in front of our house the night before our trip even began. Then charged us for “improper return” when in fact the app allowed us to return the vehicle earlier. If we knew we would be charged a fee, we wouldn’t have done this. Charged us $90 dishonestly.
