The worst host ever.
Host canceled 10 mins before my reservation, offered another car that was crashed on the side, broken tail light , dirty inside. Picked up family from the airport to then find out the luggage couldn’t fit because the tire and other mess was in the trunk. Smelled like smoke. I was on a time limit to pick up my family from the airport so I didn’t have time to get another reservation. By far the worst host I’ve dealt with

Host ignored questions, switched car on me last minute. Car was on empty at pick up and dirty. Pick up location was switch last minute as well. Overall communication was not clear and car was not as expected
