This was quite possibly my worst experience with turo after all these years. I first went to pick up the car, in which I dealt with ivairs wife who told me before I even got in the car that, “don’t worry about the lights, they will disappear once you start driving”; they did not - the traction, low tire pressure & ABS lights were on from the first day-including a non working speedometer. By the 2nd day the transmission started thrusting the car forward continuously while driving. & by the third day the tranny decided to fully give out & as someone slammed on their brakes at the light & between no traction on their car, & the tranny deciding to fully give out & thrusting the car forward , I now have more problems to deal with, including ptsd. I am so traumatized by the experience , I didn’t even want ivair driving the car home. In which when he attempted to drive it he saw himself, everything I had documented & communicated. The car ended up needing to be towed, in which I woke up the next day & the car was gone. In sheer desperation, because of Christmas & price gouging , is why I kept the car for the 3 days, & I can count on 1 hand how many times I used it my god. This rating is based on my experience with the car-not ivair .
