Please read ALL information below. The information below contains VERY IMPORTANT guidelines regarding the vehicle. There will not be ANY exceptions for not adhering to the guidelines and information below. When booking you are acknowledging that you fully accept and completely understand the terms and conditions below. If you need to extend the rental of the vehicle, please inform me as soon as possible. In an effort to help maintain the quality of the vehicle, please adhere to the following: ⛔️ UNAUTHORIZED DRIVERS are not permitted to drive/operate the vehicle at any time - 🚭 No smoking in the vehicle - 🚫 No pets allowed in the vehicle - 🚫 No driving under the influence of any kind (alcohol, prescription, or marijuana) - 🚫 No racing, drifting, burnouts or reckless driving - 🚫 Please do not jump, stand, or sit on the vehicle - ⛽️ Only 93 fuel can be used in the vehicle (Premium Only). Must submit receipts as proof. - ⏰ Please return the vehicle on time. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in fines and/or being banned from utilizing Turo in the future. If smoke or pets are detected or if the vehicle is left excessively dirty, you will be charged a $250 cleaning fee. Please note that burn outs (spinning tires) on the tires are not allowed. The tire tread is documented at pick up and uploaded and checked upon drop off. A fee of $200 per affected tire will be charged for worn tire tread from burn outs. Any dents or scratches to the exterior or damages to the interior of the vehicle will result in additional charges. Any citations, tolls, or traffic violations received while operating the vehicle are the responsibility of the guest. Please follow all city, county, and state traffic guidelines while renting the vehicle. Kindly read all guidelines and FAQs. INSURANCE: I do not receive any financial incentive or benefit from your choice of insurance. I always recommend that you buy at least the minimum coverage to protect yourself during your trip. If you choose to use your personal insurance, it is recommended that you call them to verify they will cover a TURO car-share.
