10 stars should be an option for Jared. I had lost faith in Turo from a different renter and was going just give up on Turo all together but thought I would give it one more shot. Jared far exceeded my expectations, his customer service is top notch. I wouldn’t look anywhere else but right here for all your Turo needs.

Jared was amazing to work with! We utilized his vehicle for an unexpected trip home over the holidays, due to a death in the family. He made every aspect of this trip easy for us - even when weather didn't cooperate which resulted in cancelled flights, late flights, and finally picking up the vehicle on Christmas Day. Pickup and drop off were both easy as can be - his communication was top notch as well. When we're back in MN, we can only hope one of his vehicles is available!
