Thank you for choosing Lisa’s Cars. Please look at our reviews! We rent primarily out of Beverly Massachusetts (about 20 miles north of Boston). Easy to get to from Logan and Beverly airport. If your heading north, Just take an uber from Logan airport an you will be in Beverly in about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. Or take the train or bus. All 3 options are usually less expensive than the airport fees. Most say its easier and more relaxing than picking the car at the airport parking lot. We at Lisa's Cars are a small boutique rental team (wife and husband!) and we love cars! We are pleased you have chosen one of our vehicles for your travels. We are committed to providing the best experience with complete piece of mind for your experience. Our late model vehicles are extremely well maintained and cared for. We maintain them with pure commitment to excellence. We offer key lockbox, app-based, and person to person pick up and drop off ensuring the easiest, worry free experience for our guests. Guidelines
Simple guidelines to follow. Fees may apply if extra work is required to make corrections to the car. -No smoking of any substance in the vehicle. No exceptions to this rule please. -Preferably no eating or drinking other than water. Just be careful, we are realistic. -No fragrant cleaning solutions or air fresheners please. -It is respectful to return the vehicle clean. The outside will always be washed, but inside cleaning is aways appreciated. -We take pride in offering safe and fun cars. Have fun, but please drive them respectfully as if they were your own. -No pets allowed. -The car will be delivered to you with a full tank of gas. Please return full or choose the gas option offered. Turo imposes a fee in addition to the cost of fuel if the car requires gas at your trip completion.

No, this is super easy with no confusing buttons to deal with, the way it should be. Just get in and drive, no need to figure out how to shift it into drive!

"Beware: Serious Privacy Violation – Unauthorized Tracking Device in Vehicle"
I rented this vehicle from [Host’s Name] expecting a safe and reliable experience. Instead, I was shocked and disturbed to receive an Apple tracking notification alerting me that an AirTag was secretly tracking my location while using the car. At no point did the host disclose that a tracking device was placed inside the vehicle.
When I attempted to locate the AirTag, it was strategically hidden behind the dashboard near the glove compartment. Before I could retrieve it, the AirTag was remotely disabled, which is highly suspicious and suggests intentional surveillance.
I had to take the car to a mechanic to investigate further, report this violation to Turo and law enforcement, and ultimately return the vehicle early due to safety concerns. Tracking someone without consent is illegal in Massachusetts and a complete violation of privacy.
I strongly advise future renters to be cautious and thoroughly check for unauthorized tracking devices in this host’s vehicles. This is an extreme breach of trust, and I hope Turo takes appropriate action to protect renters from similar violations.
🚨 If you value your safety and privacy, I recommend avoiding this host.

The tracking device (Air tag) was disclosed in the description on this vehicle. Our concern is locating the vehicle when it is returned. All national rental car companies have locators on there cars. This is not unusual, in fact, it is normal practice. Feel free to visit any of our cars descriptions and you will find we disclose the air tag locater on the vehicle. We are not trying to deceive anyone and we don't care where the vehicle is when it is on rental. We run this as a business.

The instructions were very helpful, however there was a slight confusion on where the car was parked but Lisa responded quickly and everything was resolved. The car drove smoothly no issues with the car. Overall I had a great experience and would definitely rent again.

Pick up/drop off was amazing! Had the car ready for us at the airport and was understanding when we had to leave it in the economy lot because the TURO lot was full. Communicated when we were last minute switched from our original Ford Fiesta reservation to the Ford Focus instead by TURO? Double booked? Unsure the reasoning.
Unfortunately, the trunk was covered in dirt when we got it. (Photo). The car smelled of old musty water (almost a cat pee smell) with water marks on the ceiling from the sunroof. (Photo). It got worse when it rained. The low tire light came on while driving and all 4 tires were low on air with the front left being 10lbs low. (Photo).
