The host was quick to respond to questions and pick up location was safe and easy. However, I would not rent this particular car again due to the pictures posted haven’t been updated. The front bottom paint of the car has peeled off in spots and the inside smells like cigarettes. I needed the car for a photo shoot and would not have rented it if the pictures had actually showed the issues with the vehicle.

Thanks for the feedback Cynthia. Unfortunately not all turo guests follow Turo’s guidelines and some smoke in our vehicles. We will always do our best to remove the smell of smoke but sometimes the smell lingers. As we communicated to you during your trip, we appreciate you bringing the issue of the scratch on the front bumper to our attention and we have started working on the remedy immediately.
