The car worked well and the host was pretty communicative. I took away a star because this was the most complicated Turo I’ve ever dealt with. There was a separate link to find and unlock the car which was confusing and the location of the car was slightly different than that on the app. Once I was in the car I had to wait until my official “start time” to get access to the key which was fine but I wish I had known that ahead of time so I didn’t spend 10 minutes waiting (check in opens 15 min ahead of booking). Lastly, when I arrived back I had to find a public parking spot. This to me was the most inconvenient aspect, since it took me a long time of circling around and got in the way of my planned schedule. I also hadn’t been told how to park since I had arrived back early and had to reach out to the host (who did reply promptly). The combination of 3 “things” for checkout (a key inside the car, a link outside to lock it, plus closing on Turo) was confusing and almost made me forget a step. The car is totally fine but I didn’t love the hassle

Car drives good, surprisingly good amount of storage,a bit dirty, car remote would take a couple clicks to unlock but nothing too bad . pickup was straightforward. Thank you for letting me book it on such late notice!
