Great Host. Easy Peasy.

I had to delay drop off by 2 hours and was willing to pay for the additional 2 hours. Instead was charged for a full dat. Host agreed to only charge for the 2 hours, but unfortunately told Turo he was only willing to refund $50.
Unfortunately still charged $162 out of $212 extra that was charged ($450+ total). Unfortunate that 2 hours equates to 75% of a days cost apparently with no other bookings on the car for the next 4 hours…
Otherwise car was good and pick up process was east.

Hello Mehul, Thanks for the review. Usually Turo charges one full day and there are no hourly rates. I still went ahead and did it for you. You were charged at $88 daily rate. I accepted to refund $50 which is around 60% back to you. Also I had to adjust my timings twice before your pickup and thrice to accomodate your drop off.
I am not sure about $212 extra charges. Turo showed me just $88 extra charged. So please deal with Turo.
