Tianshuang is my favorite renter. He is super flexible and easy to work with. All of his cars are well-kept and look exactly the way they’re presented in the pictures. If you’re thinking about renting with Tianshuang, do yourself a favor and do it.

Not the type of review I ever wanted to post, but serves as a good "best practice for when life happens". I had an incident while on a trip...Nothing that was cause by the host. I won't go into detail, but I'll chalk it up to wrong place, wrong time. I contacted Turo and Tianshuang to make them aware of the situation. I'm sure he wasn't thrilled with the phone call, but was polite, respectful and thanked me for the call. I would advise anyone who finds themselves in a situation to put yourselves in a the hosts shoes and think to yourself "if this was my car would I want the client to call me". I've rented from Tianshuang for 6 plus months and from top to bottom...One of the absolute best hosts on Turo.

I've said or before....This is the guy to rent from. Great prices, clean cars and always great communication. He offers free pick up from ORD airport which has saved me close to $500 in having to Uber to pick up the car. Thank you again Tianshuang for another smooth experience!
