I own the lot, lot is open to public but has surveillance cameras. You may park in it for free.
Guidelines
No smoking. Cost to de-smoke a vehicle could be as high as $400. Upon return, You do not need to wash exterior unless it’s covered in mud to where we cannot see damage. All trash must be removed from the inside of the vehicle. Vehicle must be returned in vacuumed ready state. If we find any any spills / stains, you will be assessed a cleaning fee. Unless you purchased post trip refueling, gas tank must be topped off with 91+ octane gas.

Can i pick or drop off after hours ie. 2am ?
Yes, please reserve it for the night before, we will using remote handoff so you can pickup 24/7. Same for late drop off, if you need to return it afterhours, please reserve it until the morning. You can then leave the vehicle at a pre approved drop off location. i.e. air port parking lot.
What type of tires on are this M440i?
Pirelli P Zero summer run flat tires. Tires are designed to be operated above 45 degrees.

My 1st experience was pretty good. i Checked in wrong and was charged an additional $200 find another host who is willing to work with new user's learning curb. NEVER Again will I use TURO if charge not reversed!!

I messaged you the morning of the return to offer an extension. You scheduled a 3pm return, then at 5pm planned to take the bus. When I checked Turo and the cars GPS you had not returned the car yet. I called twice, txt once and messaged you via Turo. I offered to let you extend the trip. After no response from you, I canceled my ride, then reported the 2.5 hours late no-show return to Turo per their policy so the car will remain insured. Sorry for your experience. Communication is key.
