I appreciated working with Jia. He was helpful, and doing business with him was easy. This is why I'm rating the experience a 4, and not a 3. The vehicle is clearly in need of maintenance - the tires are bald, and one is noticeably missing a Mercedes decal on the rim. Both passenger side rims have sustained obvious damage from previous drivers, as evidenced by the pick-up photos. The windshield wiper fluid was low upon pick up, along with antifreeze/coolant. The plastic housing around the rear view mirror continually popped off during travel, and I had to put air in the tires after the light came on. It sounds like the power steering fluid is low as well, as evidenced by the unique whine when turning. Overall, the car is a show stopper on the outside, but the overwhelming maintenance requirements made me nervous. It didn't seem truly road-worthy OR worth $500+ for a day, given the condition.

Thanks for your business first. You only spend 300 for the car and you drive over 48 miles.so you have been charged for other $158. For the wheels damage and car maintenance we were plane to do it soon. Since it was last minute booking so we can’t make sure the car has 100% condition. After I got the car the cover of Rear-view mirror were falling out. I still didn’t charge anything from you.

Car was great, drop off and pick up was. Dude is acting like I have to pay for a rock chip in the windshield though so renter beware.
