Once you arrive to the vehicle please complete the check-in process through the Turo app to document the condition of the vehicle. Also take a photo of your license along with a selfie of yourself holding your license in front of the vehicle. Add your photos to the trip photos of your reservation. Once I have received all photos I will unlock the vehicle remotely. You will find the key card inside the glovebox. At the ending of your reservation please remember to remove all your belongings and leave the key back in the glovebox.

Pre pay recharging by purchasing $35 prepaid charging. Recharging fees are $10 for 50%-80% battery, $20 for 20%-50% and $50 for under 20%. Upon return, this vehicle must be returned just as clean as it was delivered. Makeup, sunscreen stains, mudding, pet hair, on seats or upholstery will result in a $150 cleaning fee. $150 deep cleaning fee for any combination of violations. Plan ahead along your routes for charging stations and start looking for charging stations with at least 35% battery remaining DO NOT let the battery fall below 20% especially in winter months This Tesla has a Key Card. Loss of the key will be $35 + towing or replacement delivery fee Charging to 100% at superchargers can damage the battery and cause excessive battery drain. Tesla batteries are not designed to be supercharged to 100%. Guests will responsible for any damage done to the battery pack. Do not change driving modes or regenerative braking or stopping modes. Doing so will significantly decrease safety, battery efficiency, and range. You will only be able to drive in chill mode and battery range solely depends on driving conditions and habits. Driving over 60mph, using AC/heat, and/or seat warmers will significantly decrease your range resulting in more time spent at chargers during your trip. During winter driving preconditioning the battery through the Tesla app will help avoid freezing door handles and charging port. It is recommended to preheat the battery 1 hour before charging to avoid a frozen charging port. If the charge port becomes frozen the charging rate will be significantly reduced. If this happens unplug the charger and restart charging to reset the chargeport latched.
